Questions people ask before buying
Will my QR code ever stop working?
No. We only make static QR codes, which means your destination address is encoded directly into the pattern of the code itself. There is no redirect, no short link and no server of ours in the middle. Your code will keep working for as long as the address it points to keeps working — even if this website disappears tomorrow.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
Neither. You pay £1 once, through Stripe, and the files arrive by email within seconds. There is nothing to cancel, no trial that turns into a monthly charge, and we do not ask you to create a password.
What files do I get?
A high-resolution PNG for screens and everyday printing, and a vector SVG that stays razor sharp at any size — from a business card to a banner. Both carry your logo and your chosen colours.
Can I put my own logo in the middle?
Yes, and it is included in the £1. Upload a PNG or JPEG and we place it in the centre. We automatically raise the code's error-correction level when a logo is used, so the code still scans reliably with the logo covering part of it.
How do I know the code actually works before I print it?
Every code we send is machine-checked before it leaves us: we decode the finished image and confirm it returns exactly the address you typed. If a code does not decode cleanly, it is not sent and you are not charged. You should still scan it yourself with your own phone before committing to a large print run.
Can I order a lot of codes at once?
Yes. Paste one destination per line and we will apply the same logo and colours to all of them, then send back a ZIP of PNGs and SVGs named by your labels, plus a PDF contact sheet showing every code with its label and destination. Packs run from 10 codes for £8 down to 30p a code for 250. See bulk pricing.
Is there a discount for charities?
Yes — 50% off every bulk pack. Enter your registered UK charity number on the bulk order page and the discount is applied before you pay. It works for charities registered with the Charity Commission for England and Wales, OSCR in Scotland, and the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland.
Can I change where the code points to later?
No, and that is deliberate. An editable code depends on a company staying in business to keep the redirect alive; when they stop, every code printed with it dies. We would rather sell you something permanent for £1 than something rented. If you genuinely need to change the destination later, point the code at a page on your own website and change that page instead. The longer explanation.
Can I get a refund?
If a code does not decode to the address you gave us, tell us and we will refund you in full. Because the files are delivered instantly, the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply once the download has been sent — but we would rather fix a problem than keep a pound that has not earned its keep. Full refund policy.
Who is behind this?
